As Executive Creative Director of Stone Yamashita Partners, Susana’s responsibility is to catalyze creativity and original thinking in all of the work. To this end, she partners tightly with each principal to set vision and direction to their engagements, and then leads her team of designers to conceptualize, imagine and bring to life the collective thinking of the team: be it in print, an installation, a store, a product, a film, or an experience.

Susana is passionate the Design can be the paradigm shift in business. She is an active voice in the design industry, a recipient of awards, and a frequent speaker. Susana brings years of experience as creative director of Wired Magazine and VSA Partners.
